All orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on the weekend will be dispatched the next working day.

Next Working Day Guaranteed
Orders placed before 2pm Monday – Friday will be dispatched the same day, and delivered on the next working day. Orders placed after 2pm or at the weekend will be sent on the next working day.
Postal Service Guide
Parcelforce Next Working Day: This is a next working day service. The delivery aim is one working day. Tracking number provided.
Parcelforce 48: The delivery aim is 2-3 working days. Tracking number provided.
Parcelforce Saturday Delivery: Orders must be placed by 2pm on Friday. Orders received after this time will be sent on Monday and will not be received until Tuesday.
Royal Mail 2nd Class: This service does not have parcel tracking. The delivery aim is 3-5 working days.
Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked: Delivery Aim 2-3 working days. Tracking number provided. This service is available to all UK areas, offshore islands, and BFPO postcodes.

We offer the best International Delivery prices open to us on a country-by country basis. Customers are liable for checking customs regulations in the recipient state. We cannot accept liability for packages once they have left the UK.
NB: customers in Jersey, Guernsey, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, Northern Ireland, and the Scottish Highlands and Islands may find the Royal Mail offers far lower postal rates.
Delivery to Work/Business Addresses
If you choose to have your order delivered to a place of work or business address, please think about who might be there to receive it. We cannot be held responsible if a colleague, receptionist, security guard or similar accepts the order and doesn’t pass it along to you. We consider the order delivered when anyone at the address you provide for delivery accepts the package and we will not accept claims for non-delivery in these circumstances.
Late/Missing Postal Orders
All orders are sent via Royal Mail and Parcel Force, who can take longer than the expected delivery times occasionally.
Very rarely a parcel can be lost in the post. When this does happen we have to follow Royal Mail’s claim procedures.
A claim against Royal Mail for lost items can’t be started for 15 working days, but we start our own investigations after 10 working days. So please give it a little time and let us know if your order hasn’t arrived within these timescales.

(2) If you wish to cancel your order.
At any time between placing your order, and 14 days after receiving your goods, you have the right to cancel your order. To cancel an order, you must notify us within that time period. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
You do not have the right to cancel your order if you have broken the seal on goods sealed for health protection and hygiene reasons.
You do not have the right to cancel if goods have been mixed inseparably with other items after delivery.
We will not bear the cost of return postage for unwanted goods. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage, and provide it in any correspondence with us.
We will process your refund, by credit to the payment method used to make the purchase, within 14 days of return of the goods.
Please note, we will refund the basic cost of shipping the goods to you, but cannot offer refunds for the cost of enhanced postage options, such as guaranteed next day delivery.
(3) Faulty goods
For the first 30 days after the delivery of your goods: if your item is faulty, you can get a refund. You must return the products to us in their original packaging and provide proof of purchase. We will refund the full cost of the item, and the cost of return postage, within 14 days of return of the goods.
Up to six months after purchase: If your item cannot be repaired or replaced, in most cases you will be entitled to a full refund.
After six months after purchase: You must be able to prove that the item was faulty at the time you took ownership of it. In this case you may be entitled to a refund.
